The bill (Reg. No. 2092) aims at reduction of regulatory pressure and improvement of investment climate by refining legislation in the sphere of environmental protection, ecological safety, subsurface use; effective distribution of functions between central an territorial state bodies of executive power; reduction of the number of licensing documents; and increase of the validity period of licensing documents.
Committee members believe that introduction, at the level of law, of new licensing documents in the sphere of waste management is inexpedient and shall provide for additional administrative complications for economic entities. People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions will increase the number of licensing documents.
